These terms govern the use of the website at hasidav.org. The website is published by Hasidav (חסידיו (ע"ר)), a non-profit association registered in the State of Israel under number 580663482.

1. What this website is

This website is an informational publication about the association: who it is, what its registered purpose is, and how to reach it. It is not a shop, it does not sell anything, it does not process payments, and it does not offer user accounts.

2. Accuracy of the information

We publish the facts about the association as they are recorded in the Israeli registry of associations, and we link to the public registry record so that they can be checked against the source. If a statement on this website ever conflicts with the registry, the registry governs. We correct errors when we learn of them; please write to yehuda.hasdo@hasidav.org if you find one.

Descriptions of courses and activities are informational. They are not an offer, and publication here does not by itself create an entitlement to be admitted to a course or to receive a loan.

3. Use of the website

You may read this website, quote from it with attribution, and link to it. You may not use it to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and you may not misrepresent yourself as the association or use its name or registration number to give the impression that you act on its behalf.

4. Intellectual property

The text and layout of this website belong to the association, except where a source is named. The name Hasidav and the registered name חסידיו (ע"ר) identify this association; do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

5. Links to other websites

Where we link to another website — for example to the public registry — that website is not under our control and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep this website available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.
